Shipping and delivery

1)Domestic Orders (Italy)

We deliver directly to your home by express courier. We deliver to the following countries: EU and Europe except Romania, Bulgaria, Corsica, Andorra, Canary Islands, Azores Madeira, Ireland, Norway. Delivery cost ist 65 Euro. Any custom duties or other costs have to be payd by the buyer. Shipments to post office boxes or poste restante deliveries are not possible. Products are pre-assembled. Final assembly and inspection are the buyer’s responsibility. In order to facilitate problem-free delivery as quickly as possible, our shipping partner will need a telephone number where you can be reached during the day (fill in the relevant field in the shopping cart). In addition, it is helpful if you provide a shipping address at which you or a trusted person will be available throughout most of the day to receive your shipment. Orders are only shipped after all previous deliveries have been paid. Goods remain the property of LEAOS until payment is made in full.

3) Delivery Delays and Unavailability of Merchandise

In exceptional cases, there may be delivery delays or the product desired may not be available. We will notify you immediately if this happens. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. For example, it may happen that one out of three items you ordered is not available so you would receive the two products that are available. Naturally, we make partial deliveries only when it is reasonable to do so.

4) Rights of Cancellation (according to German law)

You may cancel your declaration of contract within 14 days without having to state your reasons; this must be done in writing (e.g. letter, fax, or email). If you receive the goods before the deadline has expired, you may also simply return the goods. The above cancellation period begins upon receipt of these printed instructions, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of multiple deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not prior to the fulfilment of our obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the BGB. The cancellation period shall be deemed met if the cancellation notice is sent prior to the expiry of such period or if the goods are returned in a timely manner. Should you fail to completely or partially return the merchandise or benefit, or return them only in a deteriorated condition, you may be liable for damages. For the deterioration of goods and derived benefits, you must pay damages only if the deterioration or benefit is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond a testing of properties and functioning. The phrase “testing of properties and functioning” refers to the testing and evaluation of the respective goods to the extent that is possible and customary in a shop. Consignable goods are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods conform to the ordered goods and if the purchase price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or, if the purchase price is higher, you have not yet effected counterperformance or paid a contractually agreed instalment by the date of cancellation. Otherwise, the return shipment shall be free of charge to you. Goods that are not consignable shall be picked up at your location. Obligations to refund payments shall be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, this time period shall begin when you send either your notice of cancellation or the goods; for us, it begins upon receipt thereof. The right of cancellation does not exist for distance selling contracts – for delivery of goods manufactured according to a customer’s specifications or – clearly tailored to personal requirements or – which, due to its nature, is not suitable for return shipment – can spoil quickly or – whose expiration date has passed, – delivery of audio or video recordings or software, if the delivered data media have been unsealed by the consumer or – delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines, unless the consumer has given the contract declaration over the telephone

5) Assumption of Costs

Should you exercise your right of cancellation, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods conform to the ordered goods and if the purchase price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or, if the purchase price is higher, you have not yet effected counterperformance or paid a contractually agreed instalment by the date of cancellation. Otherwise, the return shipment shall be free of charge to you.

6) Shipping Damage

Immediately upon receipt of the shipment, we encourage you to check the contents for completeness and integrity. If the package is damaged, please file a claim immediately upon receipt. If this is the case, we ask you to contact us at: info@leaos.com. If you make a claim against the shipping company then you will receive a replacement for the damaged item immediately.
